Happy Chinese New Year: I’m Pretty Sure Birth Rate Is Going To Increase This Year

Year of the Rabbit

O hai folksies! First and foremost, I would like to wish Gong Xi Fa Chai to all my Chinese friends wherever you may be and for the rest, enjoy you long holidays. May this year will bring more prosperity burger and wholesome awesomeness for everybody.

So, this year is the year of rabbit eh? Somehow, I feel a bit sked. I’m not a Feng Shui Master or fortune teller [haram!] or anything but I somehow feel that this year, the birth rate will rise. When I told my friends about this, many shrugged it and asked “Come on Chap, how come birth rate will rise pulak? Not that Tongkat Ali are getting cheaper or anything...”. Ok, I was also lost at that Tongkat Ali part but yes, I really have a plausible explanation here.

Well, consider this fact: RABBIT LOVES TO HUMP. Those tiny overactive furriers pretty much hentam everything and anything to show their dominance or to mate. While that might be a normal behaviour, consider one more fact: in one single season which usually spawned over a period of 9 months, a single female rabbit can produce up to 800 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

So, since this year is the year of the rabbit, I feel that rabbit-like behaviour will likely to increase. You know, to suit the theme. Hence, I rest my case.
