[Huiyoh] Glow-Suit Dancers At Intel's Computex 2013 Party

I don't whether it is a written tradition or just natural, a lot of tech companies organize a gathering or a party for media and their guests during Computex in Taipei. This year (which is my second time in Computex), I ended up at Intel's party since they are the one who invited me there.

Despite the fact that I didn't get to stay long (it's Computex = work in beast mode!) there, I get to check out these glow-suit dancers over there:

While there are many things from Computex 2013 that I've yet to published, I've already posted quite a number of them including several demo videos over at Lowyat.TV such as this Intel Bay Trail demo, Intel Iris Graphics demo, NVIDIA Shield demo and an introduction to both Razer Blade as well as Razer Blade Pro with Razer's CEO himsef, Min-Liang Tan.

Do check them out if you are game for them. :D

[Vroom Vroom] Some Say He Likes Donuts: When The Stig Drives Red Bull Racing F1 Car

Every self-respecting petrol heads would know this particular personality in white racing suits and white racing helmets. That personality is called The Stig from the world famous Top Gear automotive show and the fella was recently given a Red Bull Racing F1 car to drive around.

Here’s what happened...

...and this is how it looks like through on-board cameras. Clearly, The Stig loves donuts.

[Music Monday] Ava Adore by The Smashing Pumpkins

Smashing Pumpkins Live @ Padova

I admit: I'm not what you can call as a “fan” of The Smashing Pumpkins but I do like the band despite only knowing a handful of their songs such as 1979, Cherub Rock, Tonight, Tonight, Today, The End Is The Beginning Is the End and this particular one - my personal favorite - Ava Adore.

Taken from their album called Adore, it was actually the first Smashing Pumpkins’ song that I ever heard thanks to this one TV channel (I forgot which one) who played it almost on daily basis before they start their normal transmission years ago. Think I was in secondary school that time...

Anyway, the band is coming to Kuala Lumpur (yezzz!) later this August to headline the Good Vibes Festival and with that, my entry for his week’s Music Monday is to celebrate that news. Can’t wait, woot! :D
