Hey guess what, I’ve been nominated for the Best eSports Journalist at Spotgamers Awards! It came to me as shock that I actually got nominated in this year’s award. To be honest, I don’t think I deserve to be in the list together with these excellent people since I haven’t got the chance to update Multiplay on frequent basis anymore but still, thank you Spotgamers for the nomination!

In competitions, winning is everything but for awards such as this, to me it doesn’t really matter. Being nominated is already an achievement by itself and it would not be possible for the continuous support from everybody that Multiplay has managed to cross path with – readers, fellow gamers and industry friends. So, this achievement is totally for you guys.

The Balls of Steel, He Got It

Ask any guys all over the world whether they have been kick or hit in the groin before, I bet more then 90% of them will say yes. Ask whether it is painful or not...then the percentage would drop a little bit as some of them somehow have balls that are made of steel or whatever metal they like to label it.

Blast From The Past: Dewa 19's Risalah Hati

Oh man, I was introduced to Dewa 19 through this song. Can't believe I stumbled into it once again. Was single back then...and now single again. Some things never changed, eh?

Dewa 19 and love songs are pretty inseparable. The theme of this song - unrequited love - appeared in many of their songs but each one of them can stand by their own. In Risalah Hati, I really love how its melody clicked so well with the lyrics which in hand, portrayed the emotion and mood so damn well.

Meanwhile, is this song somehow related to this? Nah, I can assure you that is not the case. I accidently found it, that's all. :)

You Are Invited For A Friday Night Out With Havaianas!

Been a little bit busy as of late, so I hope this is not too late for you guys to check this out. The good people at Havaianas Malaysia are going to organize a launch party this coming Friday, 21st January at Pavilion KL and you are invited! But first, let’s check out some history lesson, for the benefit of those who are not familiar with the Havaianas name.

Born in the samba land that is Brazil back in 1962, Havaianas is most probably one of the most well-known name ever come out from the country...next to their football team. Some dubbed them as the Rolls Royce of flip-flops - which might be true to some extent since quite a number of celebs were spotted with them and even French shoemaker, Christian Louboutin swore by them – but truth to be told, Havaianas excellent flip flops are made for everybody. Previously, many Malaysians would actually cop them during overseas trip but they are now readily (and officially) available from several local outlets including Havaianas own concept store - H - The All Havaianas store – at Pavilion KL that was opened last year.

Now we already done with a little history lesson there, so are you in for this Friday’s party with Havaianas? Did I mention that you going to get a pair of Havaianas as well? Musically Excited: Deftones and Maroon 5 Coming to Town

Somehow this year, our great city that is Kuala Lumpur is going to receive quite a number of international music acts. You most probably heard of Justin Bieber but screw that, I'm all for Deftones and Maroon 5!

So, who's coming for Deftones? If you one of those RM 98 ticket holder, I shall rock with you on Feb 14 then. Can't wait, man. Meanwhile, I've yet to decide which seat I'm going to purchase for the Maroon 5 gig since they are kinda hefty but you bet your [fill in the blanks] that I'm gonna be there.

Epic Meal Time: My New Favorite YouTube Show

I have no idea how I actually stumbled upon it today but man, Epic Meal Time is seriously my new favorite show on YouTube right now. The amount of calories that they put together on the weekly meal that they featured on the show are just insane, thanks to their extreme obsession with bacon and mild obsessions with other meats + cheese. Add that with their over the top sass...the show is really epic.

The thing is...all those food looked kinda ok to eat. So, when I watched all of their video, I was like man I wish I could eat those together with them. With that thought, I automatically become hungry. orz *facepalm*

So hereby, I would like to share their latest episode. Trust me, they are not gross...to my level lah. XD

This is for somebody that I saw recently. Her smile and our brief encounter has brighten my day which have been pretty rough and also, gloomy for the past few weeks. For what it is worth, I feel how does HOPE feels like again. :)

Too bad, I have no intention or plan to really speak with her. It just don't feel right. As weird as that might sound but yup...not gonna do anything about it.
